Add BIML Menu Missing After Install

I got to see Scott Currie present BIML at SQL People in Richmond, VA on Saturday. Very impressive. However, when I installed BIDSHelper, I don't see any way to create a BIML file. The installer says that everything went well and I see BIDSHelper in the Tools / Add-in manager... dialog with the Startup checkbox checked. Yet, there is no context menu option to add a BIML file to my project.

I've tried unloading and reloading BIDSHelper from the add-ins. I've also tried uninstalling it and re-installing it. But no luck. Any ideas?

Thanks,

Kevin

We're working on it. Should be out shortly. Please keep an eye out on this site or the RSS feed for a 1.4.4.0 beta release.

I got the 1.4.4.1 Beta and I can add BIML files now. Thanks. Are there any good (simple) samples to help me get going with BIML for generating SSIS packages?

Thanks,

Kevin

I'm sure John Welch will be posting some examples soon. Watch this space. He has one very simple example posted so far:

Until then, you might take a look at this example:

We'll try to keep a list of sample scripts here: http://bidshelper.codeplex.com/wikipage?title=Samples%20and%20Tutorials&referringTitle=Biml%20Package%20Generator.
