Biml and Row Count Transform Variable Scoping

Could you please show an example of how to properly scope a variable used in a row count transformation in BIML?

I've tried to set the VariableName attribute of the row count transform to the attribute Variable Name of the variable.  Also, I've tried scoping using the namespace of the variable User::MyVariableName, but I believe it wants the Package Level scope of the variable but I'm unsure how to format this (MyPackageName::MyVariableName? MyPackageName.MyVariableName?).

Biml Validation Output below...

Description:  Could not resolve reference to 'RowCountSuccess' of type 'Variable'.  'VariableName "RowCountSuccess'" is invalid.

Recommendation:  Provide valid scoped name

Relevant Biml snippets below...

<Variable Name="RowCountSuccess" DataType="Int64">1</Variable>

 <OleDbSource Name="Retrieve Data" ConnectionName="Source">
  <DirectInput>SELECT * FROM <#=row[0]#></DirectInput>
 <RowCount Name="RCNT SuccessRows" VariableName="RowCountSuccess"></RowCount>
 <OleDbDestination Name="Insert Data" ConnectionName="Target">
  <ExternalTableOutput Table="<#=row[0]#>"/>

Try using User.RowCountSuccess.

Biml uses periods to delimit scope boundaries, which is a little different than SSIS.
