SSAS Tabular: Smart Diff improvements for new schema and Tabular models

update Smart Diff to understand Tabular models and the .bim file.
 
Also, there have been some changes in recent versions of SSAS Multidimensional that add things like:
 
<ddl200:ProcessingState>Unprocessed</ddl200:ProcessingState>
 
To the XMLA. Make sure Smart Diff is updated to handle these artifacts in the schema.

This issue makes Tabular model Smart Diff a bit confusing:

Otherwise, Smart Diff against Tabular models will be in the next release.
