SSAS: Improved Calculations Properties UI

description

Add a better "Calculation Properties" UI for associating calculated measures to a measure group:
 
a) Don't require you do close the cube editor and reopen it before it knows about a measure. (Or do you even have to deploy before it picks up a new calc measure?)
b) Add a UI element so you can edit the description for a calculated member:
