SSIS: Format XML files

When you use the Package Configuration Wizard to create a new dtsConfig file, it doesn't pretty-print the XML, which makes it annoying to read and edit. I like adding dtsConfig files to the SSIS solution. I'd like to be able to right click a .dtsConfig file (or really any file which contains XML?) and choose "Pretty-print".

Ctrl-K, Ctrl-D does this already, unless I'm not understanding the request.
